MINISO USA is seeking a Shift Leader to assist the Store Manager with daily store operations, training associates, and delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced retail setting.

The role emphasizes driving store KPIs, maintaining visuals, performing cash handling, and promoting the store’s membership program to foster customer loyalty, all while cultivating a positive team environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience as a keyholder, supervisor, or shift leader in retail.
• Strong leadership and customer service skills.
• Basic knowledge of retail operations and POS systems.
• Willingness to travel between store locations.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to drive sales, meet store KPI goals, and exceed customer expectations.
• Train and develop sales associates for strong product knowledge and customer engagement on the sales floor and at the register.
• Support daily operations including replenishment, fronting, store maintenance, cash handling, and merchandising.
• Maintain store appearance and stock levels; implement visual merchandising updates.
• Open and close the store; ensure recovery, cleanliness, and safety/compliance.
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and escalate to Store Manager when needed.
• Support Loss Prevention and ensure adherence to company policies.
• Process sales transactions accurately using the POS system.
• Participate in store promotions and sales events to support business objectives.
