Job summary

MINISO USA is seeking a Shift Leader to assist the Store Manager with daily store operations, training associates, and delivering exceptional customer service. This role supports KPIs, store standards, cash handling, replenishment, merchandising, and opening/closing procedures, while actively promoting the membership program to foster loyalty.

The Shift Leader will help maintain a positive, energetic team culture and ensure loss prevention.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
• 1+ years of experience as a keyholder, supervisor, or shift leader in retail.
• Willingness to travel between store locations.
• Strong leadership and customer service focus.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to drive sales and meet KPI goals.
• Train and develop sales associates on product knowledge and engagement.
• Assist daily operations: replenishment, fronting, merchandising, and cash handling.
• Maintain store appearance and stock levels; implement visual merchandising.
• Open and close the store; ensure safety and compliance.
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and escalate when needed.
• Support loss prevention and adherence to policies.
• Process transactions accurately using POS systems.
• Participate in store promotions and events to boost business.
