Job summary

MINISO USA is seeking a Shift Leader to support daily store operations, train associates, and deliver outstanding customer service. You will help meet KPIs, maintain store standards, manage cash handling, merchandising, and opening/closing duties while ensuring a welcoming, energetic atmosphere.
