Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience as a keyholder, supervisor, or shift leader.
• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to drive sales and meet store KPI goals.
• Assist the store manager in training and developing sales associates.
• Help support daily operations including replenishment, fronting, store maintenance, cash handling, and merchandising.
• Maintain store appearance and stock levels; update visual merchandising.
• Open and close the store; ensure safety, cleanliness and compliance.
• Resolve customer concerns and escalate when necessary.
• Support Loss Prevention and policies.
• Deliver professional, energetic service aligned with MINISO USA’s customer commitment.
• Process sales transactions accurately using POS systems.
• Participate in store promotions and events.
