Job summary

MINISO USA is seeking a Shift Leader to support daily store operations and help manage a dynamic team. You will assist the Store Manager, train associates, and ensure exceptional customer service to drive KPIs and uphold store standards.

You will handle cash transactions, opening/closing duties, merchandising, and shipments while promoting the store's membership program to foster loyalty. A positive, energetic environment supports memorable experiences for customers and staff.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and customer service focus required.
• Ability to train and develop sales associates on product knowledge.
• Experience with cash handling and store operations is preferred.
• Willingness to travel between store locations as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to drive sales and meet store KPI goals.
• Assist the Store Manager in training and supervising associates.
• Support daily operations including replenishment, fronting, and merchandising.
• Open and close the store; ensure cashiering accuracy and safety compliance.
• Maintain store appearance and implement visual merchandising updates.
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and escalate when needed.
• Promote the store's membership program to foster loyalty.
• Support loss prevention and adhere to company policies.
