Job summary

MINISO USA is seeking a Shift Leader to assist the Store Manager with daily store operations, training associates, and delivering exceptional customer service. This role supports KPIs, store standards, cash handling, and promotional events while ensuring a welcoming, energetic environment that reflects Life is for Fun.

You will promote the store’s membership program, lead by example on the sales floor, and help drive a positive customer experience at the register and beyond.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
• 1+ years’ experience as a keyholder, supervisor, or shift leader, preferably in retail.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to drive sales and meet store KPI goals.
• Assist store manager in training and developing sales associates for strong product knowledge and customer engagement on the sales floor and at the register.
• Support daily operations: replenishment, fronting, store maintenance, cash handling, and merchandising.
• Maintain store appearance, stock levels, and implement visual merchandising updates.
• Open and close the store, ensuring recovery, cleanliness, and safety/compliance.
