Job summary

MINISO USA is seeking a Shift Leader to assist the Store Manager with daily operations, training, and delivering exceptional customer service. You will help achieve KPIs, manage cash handling, merchandising, and promote the store membership program to foster loyalty.

You will lead by example on the sales floor and at the register, ensuring a positive, energetic environment that supports the company’s customer commitment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
• 1+ years of experience as a keyholder, supervisor, or shift leader in retail.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to drive sales, meet store KPI goals, and exceed customer expectations.
• Train and develop sales associates for product knowledge and customer engagement on floor and at the register.
• Support daily operations including replenishment, fronting, maintenance, cash handling, and merchandising.
• Maintain store appearance, stock levels, and implement visual merchandising updates.
• Open and close the store, ensure recovery and compliance with safety procedures.
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and escalate to the Store Manager when needed.
• Support Loss Prevention and adhere to company policies.
• Process sales transactions using POS systems accurately and efficiently.
• Participate in store promotions and sales events.
