Job summary

MINISO is seeking a Shift Leader to assist the Store Manager in daily operations, training staff, and delivering exceptional customer service. Responsibilities include cashiering, opening/closing, merchandising, cash handling, and promoting the store's membership program.

You will help maintain standards and drive KPIs while creating a positive store environment. The role emphasizes leadership, teamwork, and a hands-on approach to sales, operations, and customer engagement across the store.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
• 1+ years of experience as a keyholder, supervisor, or shift leader, preferably in retail.
• Experience with POS systems and cash handling is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to drive sales and exceed KPI goals.
• Train and develop sales associates on product knowledge and customer engagement.
• Support daily operations including replenishment, fronting, merchandising, and cash handling.
