Job summary

MINISO USA is seeking a Shift Leader to assist the Store Manager with daily operations, training associates, and delivering exceptional customer service. You will help ensure the store runs smoothly, drive sales, and uphold store standards in a fast-paced retail environment.

You will manage replenishment, cash handling, merchandising, and opening/closing procedures while promoting the store's membership program to foster customer loyalty.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
• 1+ years as keyholder, supervisor, or shift leader in retail is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to drive sales, meet store KPI goals, and exceed customer expectations.
• Assist store manager in training and developing sales associates for strong product knowledge and customer engagement on the sales floor and at the register.
• Support daily operations including replenishment, fronting, store maintenance, cash handling, and merchandising.
• Maintain store appearance, stock levels, and implement visual merchandising updates.
• Open and close the store, ensure it is clean and compliant with safety procedures.
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and escalate to Store Manager when needed.
• Support Loss Prevention and adhere to company policies to prevent loss.
• Maintain a professional, enthusiastic attitude aligned with MINISO USA’s customer commitment.
• Process sales transactions accurately using point-of-sale systems.
• Participate in store promotions and events to support business objectives.
