Job summary

MINISO is seeking a Shift Leader to assist the Store Manager with daily operations, training, and delivering exceptional customer service. You will help drive KPIs, manage inventory, and ensure accurate cash handling while maintaining a clean, attractive store environment.

You will also open/close routines, support Loss Prevention, and participate in promotions to enhance customer loyalty and store performance.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
1+ years of experience as a keyholder, supervisor, or shift leader, preferably in retail.
Strong leadership and customer service orientation.

Responsibilities

Lead by example to drive sales, meet store KPI goals, and exceed customer expectations.
Train and develop sales associates to ensure product knowledge and customer engagement on the sales floor and at the register.
Support daily operations including replenishment, fronting, cash handling, and merchandising.
Maintain store appearance, stock levels, and visual merchandising updates.
Open and close the store, ensure recovery and cleanliness per safety procedures.
Resolve customer concerns professionally and escalate when needed.
Support Loss Prevention and adhere to company policies to prevent loss.
Maintain a professional attitude and enthusiasm aligned with MINISO USA’s customer commitment.
Process sales transactions accurately using point-of-sale systems.
Participate in store promotions and events to support business objectives.
