Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ years of experience as a keyholder, supervisor, or shift leader, preferably in the retail industry.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to drive sales and meet store KPI goals.
• Train and develop sales associates to ensure strong product knowledge and customer engagement on the floor and at the register.
• Support daily operations including replenishment, cash handling, merchandising, and store upkeep.
• Maintain store appearance, ensure stock levels, and implement visual merchandising updates.
• Open and close the store, ensuring safety and operational procedures are followed.
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and escalate when needed.
• Support loss prevention and adhere to company policies.
