Job summary

MINISO is seeking a Shift Leader in Florida to support the Store Manager with daily operations, training associates, and delivering outstanding customer service. This role drives KPIs, maintains store standards, handles cash, merchandising, and shipments while promoting the membership program.

You will lead by example on the sales floor, assist with opening/closing, and resolve customer concerns professionally.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required; associate degree preferred.
• Experience as a shift leader, keyholder, or supervisor in retail is a plus.
• Ability to travel between store locations as needed.
• Proven customer service and leadership skills in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to drive sales, meet store KPI goals, and exceed customer expectations.
• Assist the store manager in training and developing sales associates for strong product knowledge and customer engagement.
• Support daily operations: replenishment, fronting, cash handling, merchandising.
• Maintain store appearance, stock levels, and implement visual merchandising updates.
• Open and close the store, ensure cleanliness, safety, and adherence to procedures.
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and escalate when needed.
• Support Loss Prevention and adhere to company policies.
• Maintain professionalism and a positive attitude aligned with MINISO’s customer commitment.
• Process sales transactions accurately using POS systems.
• Participate in store promotions and sales events.
