Job summary

MINISO USA in Orlando is seeking a Shift Leader to support the Store Manager in daily operations, drive sales, and deliver exceptional customer service. You will assist with training associates, cashiering, opening/closing, merchandising, cash handling, and shipment processing while upholding store standards and safety policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
• 1+ years as a keyholder, supervisor, or shift leader in retail.
• Basic knowledge of retail operations and POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to drive sales and meet KPI goals.
• Train and develop sales associates for strong product knowledge and customer engagement.
• Support daily operations: replenishment, fronting, store maintenance, cash handling, and merchandising.
