MINISO USA is seeking a Shift Leader in Orlando to assist the Store Manager with daily operations, coaching associates, and delivering exceptional customer service. You will help manage opening/closing, merchandising, cash handling, and POS transactions while promoting the store's membership program.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year as a keyholder or shift lead in retail, a high school diploma, and familiarity with retail operations. Must be able to travel between store locations as needed.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
• 1+ years of experience as a keyholder, supervisor, or shift leader in retail is desirable.
• Basic knowledge of retail operations and POS systems.

Responsabilidades

• Lead by example to drive sales and meet KPI goals.
• Train and develop sales associates for product knowledge and customer engagement.
• Support daily operations: replenishment, fronting, maintenance, cash handling, and merchandising.
• Maintain store appearance, stock levels and implement visual updates.
• Open/close the store and ensure cleanliness and safety compliance.
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and escalate when needed.
