Job summary

Caribou Coffee is seeking a Shift Leader to direct store operations in coordination with the General Manager or Assistant GM. The role emphasizes team engagement, guest satisfaction, and executing daily directives while maintaining store cleanliness and product standards.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of leadership, restaurant, retail or customer service experience.
• Ability to work early mornings, evenings, some holidays and/or weekends.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts focused on team engagement and guest satisfaction.
• Ensure team follows SOPs and delivers quality standards.
• Coach and develop team members during the shift.
• Handle administrative tasks and inventory as assigned.
