Job summary

Jersey Mike's Subs is seeking a Shift Leader to oversee in-store operations alongside the General Manager. You will help ensure the store runs smoothly, lead by example, and uphold our high standards of service and cleanliness.

You will greet customers, take orders, and train team members while following all policies. A positive, energetic attitude and flexibility for day, night, weekends, and holidays are required.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and take orders, serving food with a positive attitude.
• Operate the POS system and handle payments accurately.
• Collaborate with line team to prepare subs per customer specs and safety rules.
• Use kitchen equipment safely (knives, grills, slicers).
• Maintain daily restaurant cleanliness and sanitation.
• Coordinate schedules, train new employees, and address issues with the team.
• Handle customer concerns professionally per Jersey Mike's standards.
• Maintain neat appearance and wear the required uniform.
