Jersey Mike's Subs in Point Pleasant, NJ, is seeking a Shift Leader to coach staff and deliver outstanding customer service while producing high-quality food and maintaining cleanliness.

You will follow the Learning Management System Training Program and develop teammates for growth. This role offers opportunities for advancement within a rapidly growing brand and a culture of customer focus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required or preferred.
• 1 year of quick-service restaurant experience preferred.
• Must be 18+ to operate slicer.
• Serve Safe/Food Handler certification not required.
