Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required or preferred.
• 1 year QSR experience is preferred.
• Must be 18 years or older to operate the slicer.
• Serve Safe Certification - Food Handler.

Responsibilities

• Coach staff to deliver amazing customer service.
• Produce high quality food and deliver Jersey Mike’s experience.
• Handle cash and follow the LMS training program.
• Develop others for career growth and enforce policies.
