Jersey Mike's is seeking a Shift Leader to help oversee in-store operations alongside the General Manager. You will lead by example, ensuring all employees perform duties efficiently and in line with company guidelines.

The role requires an enthusiastic, friendly, and positive attitude and a commitment to following Jersey Mike's initiatives. You will greet customers, input orders at the POS, and manage payments while preparing fresh subs to order.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and take orders with a positive attitude.
• Process payments and ensure accurate change.
• Prepare subs per customer specs while following safety and sanitation rules.
• Operate kitchen equipment like knives, grills and slicers.
• Keep the restaurant clean and restocked; maintain restroom hygiene.
• Coordinate with team to schedule, train, and resolve issues.
• Handle customer concerns professionally according to Jersey Mike's policy.
• Maintain a neat appearance and wear the specified uniform.
