Job summary

Jersey Mike's Subs is hiring a Shift Leader to support the management team in running the store. The role requires coaching staff, ensuring high-quality food, delivering the Jersey Mike’s experience, and mastering cash handling.

You will also open/close the store and lead crews of 2–5 people in a fast-paced environment. Qualifications include a high school degree or equivalent, 1 year of QSR experience preferred, and Serve Safe Certification.

Qualifications

• Education: High school degree or equivalent.
• 1 Year QSR experience preferred.
• Must be 18 years or older to operate the slicer.
• Serve Safe Certification - Food Handler.
• Must have reliable transportation.
