Job summary

Jersey Mike's Subs is seeking a Shift Leader to support the management team in running the location and delivering the Jersey Mike's experience. You will coach staff, ensure high-quality food, handle cash, and maintain cleanliness and safety standards.

Responsibilities include opening/closing duties, staff development, enforcing policies, and creating an exceptional customer experience while working 38–40 hours per week in a fast-paced team environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1 Year QSR experience preferred.
• Must be 18 years or older to operate the slicer.
• Serve Safe Certification - Food Handler.
• Must have reliable transportation.

• Coaching the staff to deliver amazing customer service.
