Capstone Restaurant Group is seeking a Shift Leader to assist the Assistant Manager and General Manager in daily operations. You will ensure team members perform their duties according to the restaurant's business plan and uphold expectations across all job responsibilities.

You will lead by example, supervise and train staff, manage guest relations, and help control labor costs while maintaining quality, safety, and sanitation standards.

Responsabilités

• Take necessary action to ensure hospitality service is outstanding and anticipate guest needs.
• Path the restaurant to monitor operations and correct problems quickly.
• Enforce and maintain quality, service, and cleanliness standards.
• Monitor staffing levels and labor costs.
• Create a friendly atmosphere for team members and guests.
• Train and supervise team members.
• Support efforts to maximize sales and minimize costs.
• Plan, organize, and execute operational routines during your shift.
• Maintain cooperative relationships with management and team members.
• Enforce sanitation, safety, and security policies.
• Ensure personal appearance meets company standards and professionalism.
• Adhere to HR policies and provide a safe environment.
• Perform other tasks as directed by management.
