Job summary

Capstone Restaurant Group is seeking a Shift Leader to assist the Assistant Manager and General Manager in executing the restaurant’s business plan. You will ensure team members perform their duties and meet expectations across all areas of the job description.

You will uphold hospitality excellence, monitor operations, train staff, control labor costs, and maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety while fostering a positive team environment.

Qualifications

• Must be a minimum of 18 years old.
• Must be willing to work flexible hours, including opening and closing shifts.
• Must have reliable transportation and method of communication with restaurant.

Responsibilities

• Ensure hospitality service is outstanding and guest needs are anticipated and met.
• Monitor restaurant operations and address issues promptly.
• Maintain quality, service and cleanliness standards.
• Manage staffing levels and labor costs.
• Train and supervise team members.
• Support efforts to maximize sales and profits and minimize costs.
• Plan and organize operational routines during your shift.
• Maintain cooperative working relationships with management and staff.
• Ensure sanitation, safety and security policies are followed.
