Job summary

Capstone Restaurant Group is seeking a Shift Leader to assist the Assistant Manager and General Manager, ensuring the restaurant operates in alignment with the business plan and that Team Members meet their job responsibilities.

You will uphold hospitality, safety, and cleanliness standards, manage staffing and costs, train staff, and help maximize sales while delivering a positive guest experience in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Willing to work flexible hours, including opening and closing shifts.
• Reliable transportation and a way to communicate with the restaurant (phone or email).

Responsibilities

• Assist the Assistant Manager and General Manager with management duties.
• Ensure hospitality service is outstanding and guest needs are anticipated.
• Monitor staffing levels and labor costs while maintaining standards.
• Train and supervise Team Members and enforce policies for safety and cleanliness.
• Plan and organize operational routines during shifts and support sales/profits.
