Capstone Restaurant Group is seeking a Shift Leader to assist the Assistant Manager and General Manager in running daily restaurant operations. You will ensure team members perform duties per the job description and uphold Capstone's standards of hospitality, integrity, and quality.

The role emphasizes supervising staff, maintaining service quality, managing shift activities, and supporting efforts to maximize sales while controlling labor and costs.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Willing to work flexible hours, including opening and closing shifts.
• Must have reliable transportation and a means to communicate with the restaurant (phone or email).

Responsibilities

• Ensure hospitality service is outstanding and guest needs are anticipated and met.
• Monitor restaurant operations and staffing to control labor costs.
• Enforce quality, service, and cleanliness standards at all times.
• Train and supervise Team Members to achieve performance goals.
• Support management in driving sales and controlling costs.
