Capstone Restaurant Group is seeking a Shift Leader to support the Assistant Manager and General Manager in delivering outstanding hospitality and operational excellence across all shift activities.

You will supervise Team Members, ensure safety and cleanliness, manage staffing and labor costs, and help drive guest satisfaction, training, and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Willing to work flexible hours including opening/closing shifts.
• Reliable transportation and means to communicate with the restaurant.

Responsibilities

• Ensure hospitality service is outstanding and guest needs are anticipated.
• Path the restaurant to monitor operations and correct issues promptly.
• Enforce quality, service, and cleanliness standards consistently.
• Monitor staffing levels and labor costs.
• Train and supervise team members and foster teamwork.
• Assist in maximizing sales and controlling costs.
