Job summary

Capstone Restaurant Group in Illinois is seeking a Shift Leader to support the Assistant Manager and General Manager by supervising team members and ensuring execution of the restaurant’s business plan with a focus on hospitality, quality, and safety.

You will monitor daily operations, train teammates, control labor costs, maintain standards, and step in to resolve issues, while fostering a cooperative team environment and delivering guests outstanding service during all shifts.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Willing to work flexible hours, including opening and closing shifts.
• Reliable transportation and communication with restaurant.

Responsibilities

• Oversee hospitality service and guest satisfaction during your shift.
• Monitor operations and anticipate problems; take corrective action.
• Enforce quality, service and cleanliness standards.
• Assist in staffing and labor cost control.
• Train and supervise Team Members.
• Support sales and profit goals while managing costs.
• Plan and organize shift routines and activities.
• Ensure safety, sanitation and security policies are followed.
