Job summary

Capstone Restaurant Group seeks a Shift Leader to support the Assistant Manager and General Manager, ensuring alignment with the restaurant's business plan. You will supervise Team Members and ensure duties meet expectations across all areas of their job description.

You will lead by example in delivering outstanding hospitality, training staff, managing schedules, and maintaining standards for quality, safety, and guest satisfaction during your shift.

• Create a friendly atmosphere for Team Members and Guests.

• Help maximize sales and profits while controlling costs.
• Plan, organize, and implement operational routines during the shift.
• Maintain cooperative relationships with management and colleagues.
