Capstone Restaurant Group is seeking a Shift Leader to support the Assistant Manager and General Manager in daily operations at their Illinois location. You will help ensure hospitality excellence, supervise Team Members, and help manage staffing and costs while upholding company standards.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Willing to work flexible hours, including openings and closings.
• Reliable transportation and ability to communicate with the restaurant (phone or email).

Responsibilities

• Assist the Assistant Manager and General Manager with daily management tasks.
• Ensure hospitality service is outstanding and guest needs are anticipated and met.
• Monitor restaurant operations and staffing while controlling labor costs.
• Train and supervise Team Members; maintain cleanliness and quality standards.
• Plan and execute shift routines to support sales and profitability.
• Foster a cooperative atmosphere and uphold HR, sanitation, and safety policies.
