Job summary

Capstone Restaurant Group is seeking a Shift Leader to assist the Assistant Manager and General Manager with daily operations, ensuring activities align with the restaurant’s business plan and that Team Members perform their duties.

You will monitor hospitality, train staff, manage staffing levels and labor costs, uphold quality, safety, and sanitation, and help maximize sales while delivering outstanding guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Must be a minimum of 18 years old.
• Must be willing to work flexible hours, including opening and closing shifts.
• Must have reliable transportation and method of communication with restaurant.

Responsibilities

• Ensure hospitality service is outstanding and guest needs are anticipated and met.
• Path the restaurant operations to monitor and correct issues proactively.
• Enforce quality, service, and cleanliness standards consistently.
• Monitor staffing levels and labor costs to maintain efficiency.
• Train, supervise, and provide direction to Team Members.
• Support efforts to maximize sales and minimize controllable costs.
• Plan and execute operational routines during shifts.
• Maintain cooperative relationships with management and staff.
• Adhere to all safety, sanitation, and security policies.
