Capstone Restaurant Group is seeking a capable Shift Leader to assist the Assistant Manager and General Manager in delivering outstanding hospitality and smooth restaurant operations in Canton, IL. You will ensure team performance, guest satisfaction, and adherence to company standards, while supporting staffing, training, and cost controls.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be willing to work flexible hours including opening and closing shifts.
• Must have reliable transportation and a method of communication with the restaurant (phone or email).

Responsibilities

• Ensure hospitality service is outstanding and guest needs are met.
• Path and monitor restaurant operations to anticipate problems and correct issues immediately.
• Enforce quality, service, and cleanliness standards.
• Maintain staffing levels and manage labor costs.
• Train and supervise Team Members.
• Help maximize sales and minimize controllable costs.
• Plan and implement all operational routines during shifts.
• Maintain cooperative relationships with management and team members.
• Ensure sanitation, safety and security policies are observed.
• Maintain professional appearance and adhere to company standards.
• Perform other tasks as directed by management.
