Qualifications

• Must be a minimum of 18 years old.
• Willing to work flexible hours, including opening and closing shifts.
• Reliable transportation and means of communication with restaurant (phone or email).

Responsibilities

• Ensure hospitality service is outstanding and guest needs are met.
• Monitor restaurant operations and address issues proactively.
• Enforce quality, service, and cleanliness standards.
• Maintain staffing levels and manage labor costs.
• Train and supervise Team Members.
• Plan and implement operational routines during shifts.
• Ensure safety and sanitation policies are observed.
