Capstone Restaurant Group is seeking a Shift Leader to support the Assistant Manager and General Manager in daily restaurant operations. The role ensures staff perform responsibilities and uphold the restaurant's business plan, delivering outstanding hospitality and guest satisfaction.

The position emphasizes leadership, teamwork, and cost control, with responsibilities spanning training, scheduling, and operational execution during shifts.

Formación

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Willing to work flexible hours, including opening and closing shifts.
• Must have reliable transportation and a means of communication with the restaurant (phone or email).

Responsabilidades

• Ensure hospitality service is outstanding and guest needs are anticipated and handled promptly.
• Manage staffing levels and labor costs within budget.
• Train and supervise Team Members; maintain cleanliness and quality standards.
• Assist in maximizing sales and profits and controlling costs.
• Plan, organize, and execute operational routines during shifts.
• Maintain positive relations with management and other staff.
