Job summary

Capstone Restaurant Group is seeking a Shift Leader to support the Assistant Manager and General Manager in daily restaurant operations. You will ensure team members perform their duties effectively, uphold standards, and maintain service quality that reflects Capstone's hospitality focus.

Your role includes supervising staff, controlling labor costs, and ensuring compliance with sanitation and safety policies, while delivering a positive guest experience and a cooperative work environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Flexible hours including opening and closing shifts.
• Reliable transportation and ability to communicate with the restaurant (phone or email).

Responsibilities

• Ensure hospitality service is outstanding and guest needs are met.
• Monitor restaurant operations and help adjust staffing and labor costs.
• Train and supervise team members to meet standards.
• Maintain sanitation, safety and security policies at all times.
• Create a welcoming atmosphere for team members and guests.
