Responsibilities

• Ensure hospitality service is outstanding and guest needs are anticipated and addressed promptly.
• Monitor restaurant operations and adjust staffing as needed to maintain service levels and costs.
• Train, supervise, and motivate Team Members to meet performance standards and deliver consistent service.
• Plan, organize, and manage shift routines and daily tasks to maximize efficiency.
