Capstone Restaurant Group in Iowa seeks a Shift Leader to support the Assistant Manager and General Manager in daily operations. You will ensure team members perform duties and uphold standards, while fostering hospitality and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Willing to work flexible hours, including opening and closing shifts.
• Must have reliable transportation and reliable means to communicate with the restaurant (phone or email).

Responsabilités

• Take action to ensure hospitality service is outstanding and guest needs are anticipated and met.
• Monitor restaurant operations to anticipate and correct problems.
• Enforce quality, service, and cleanliness standards consistently.
• Assist with staffing levels and labor cost monitoring.
• Train and supervise team members to meet responsibilities.
• Support efforts to maximize sales and minimize controllable costs.
• Plan and execute operational routines during shifts.
• Maintain positive relationships with management and teammates.
• Ensure compliance with sanitation, safety and security policies.
