You will supervise seating, service quality, staffing, and cost controls, while maintaining safety and sanitation standards and delivering hospitality that exceeds guest expectations. This role offers competitive wages and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Willing to work flexible hours, including opening and closing shifts.
• Must have reliable transportation and a means to communicate with the restaurant.

Responsibilities

• Ensure hospitality service is outstanding and anticipate guest needs.
• Monitor restaurant operations and address problems promptly.
• Enforce quality, service, and cleanliness standards.
• Maintain proper staffing levels and control labor costs.
• Create a friendly atmosphere for Team Members and Guests.
• Train and supervise Team Members to meet performance expectations.
• Support efforts to maximize sales and profits and minimize costs.
• Plan, organize, and implement shift routines.
• Maintain cooperative relations with management and staff.
• Enforce sanitation, safety and security policies.
• Ensure professional appearance and adherence to HR policies.
• Perform other tasks as directed by management.
