Job summary

Capstone Restaurant Group is seeking a Shift Leader to support the Assistant Manager and General Manager in daily restaurant operations. The role ensures that Team Members perform their duties and meet expectations across the operation.

You will help drive guest satisfaction, uphold brand standards, and supervise staff during your shift, with emphasis on teamwork, safety, and efficiency. Capstone offers competitive wages and a strong benefits package.

Qualifications

• Must be a minimum of 18 years old.
• Must be willing to work flexible hours, including opening and closing shifts.
• Must have reliable transportation and method of communication with restaurant (i.e. phone or email).

Responsibilities

• Ensure hospitality service is outstanding and guest needs are met.
• Monitor restaurant operations and staff to anticipate and correct issues.
• Enforce quality, service, and cleanliness standards.
• Maintain proper staffing levels and manage labor costs.
• Train and supervise Team Members.
• Support efforts to maximize sales and minimize costs.
• Plan and execute shift operations and routines.
• Maintain positive working relationships with management and teammates.
