Capstone Restaurant Group is seeking a Shift Leader to assist the Assistant Manager and General Manager with daily management activities, ensuring alignment with the restaurant’s business plan. The role oversees Team Members to ensure duties are performed and expectations met across all job responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Willing to work flexible hours, including opening and closing shifts.
• Must have reliable transportation and a way to communicate with the restaurant (phone or email).
