Capstone Restaurant Group is seeking a Shift Leader to assist the Assistant Manager and General Manager in upholding the Capstone business plan. You will ensure Team Members perform their duties and deliver hospitality that exceeds guest expectations in every visit.

This role demands strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. You will train staff, monitor operations, manage staffing and costs, and help drive sales while maintaining safety and sanitation standards.

Qualifikationen

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Willing to work flexible hours, including opening and closing shifts.
• Must have reliable transportation and a method of communication with the restaurant.
