Capstone Restaurant Group is seeking a Shift Leader to support the Assistant Manager and General Manager in delivering outstanding hospitality and operational leadership. You will supervise Team Members, ensure standards, and help manage guest satisfaction during shifts with a focus on teamwork and integrity.

Responsibilities include monitoring operations, controlling labor costs, training staff, and implementing shift routines while maintaining safety and sanitation policies.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older and able to work flexible hours.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills required.
• Reliable transportation and means to communicate with the restaurant.
