Capstone Restaurant Group is seeking a Shift Leader to support the Assistant Manager and General Manager in daily operations. You will help ensure team members perform duties, uphold hospitality and service standards, and contribute to a positive guest experience.

The role requires leading by example, maintaining cleanliness, safety, and efficiency during shifts, and collaborating with management to drive sales and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Willing to work flexible hours, including opening and closing shifts.
• Reliable transportation and a way to contact the restaurant.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Assistant Manager and General Manager with management activities.
• Ensure Team Members perform duties and meet expectations.
• Maintain hospitality service standards and guest satisfaction.
• Monitor staffing levels and labor costs.
• Train and supervise Team Members; provide direction.
• Plan and execute shift operations to maximize efficiency.
