Job summary

Capstone Group is seeking a Shift Leader to assist the Assistant Manager and General Manager in daily restaurant operations. You will ensure team members perform their duties according to the business plan and maintain guest satisfaction during every shift.

You will help manage hospitality standards, staffing levels, and training, while upholding safety and sanitation policies. This role requires 18+ years old, flexible hours, and reliable transportation in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Willing to work flexible hours, including opening and closing shifts.
• Reliable transportation and a way to contact the restaurant (phone or email).

Responsibilities

• Ensure hospitality service is outstanding and guest needs are anticipated.
• Monitor and adjust restaurant operations to prevent problems.
• Enforce quality, service, and cleanliness standards.
• Maintain appropriate staffing and labor costs.
• Create a friendly atmosphere for Team Members and Guests.
• Train and supervise Team Members.
• Support sales and profit goals while controlling costs.
• Plan and execute shift routines and daily tasks.
• Maintain positive relationships with staff and management.
