Capstone Restaurant Group is seeking an Assistant Manager in Charleston, WV to drive sales growth while upholding Capstone standards for quality, service, and hospitality. You will lead team members and shift leaders, train staff, manage payroll and inventory, and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory policies.

You will support the General Manager, oversee operations, and develop team members, with opportunities for advancement and a full benefits package including health and retirement

Qualifications

• Supervise Team Members and Shift Leaders while maintaining quality, service, and profitability.
• Coordinate staff training with team trainers.
• Maintain cooperative relationships with management and team.
• Handle HR issues including disciplinary write-ups.
• Conduct weekly inventories and manage payroll to meet labor costs.
• Control inventory to meet company GAP standards.
• Maintain reports and records per company standards and regulations.
• Ensure sanitation, safety and security policies are observed.
