Job summary

Capstone Restaurant Group seeks a Shift Leader to assist the Assistant Manager and General Manager, ensuring activities align with the restaurant’s business plan and that Team Members perform their duties to standard.

You will monitor operations, manage guest needs, uphold quality, service, and safety standards, train staff, control labor costs, and help maximize sales. The role requires leadership, communication, and the ability to work flexible hours in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Willing to work flexible hours, including opening and closing shifts.
• Must have reliable transportation and a means of communication with the restaurant.

Responsibilities

• Ensure hospitality service is outstanding and guest needs are anticipated and served promptly.
• Monitor restaurant operations to anticipate problems and take corrective action.
• Enforce quality, service, and cleanliness standards consistently.
• Monitor staffing levels and labor costs.
• Train and supervise Team Members and provide direction.
