Job summary

Concessions International is seeking a supervisory role to support guest service excellence and smooth daily operations. You will help manage front-of-house and kitchen activities, greet guests, and ensure compliance with safety and cleanliness standards.

The position requires a high school diploma or GED with 1-2 years of customer service and supervisory experience; ability to obtain alcohol awareness and ServSafe certifications; and strong communication and teamwork skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED, plus relevant experience or equivalent training.
• Must be able to obtain alcohol awareness and ServSafe certification.
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions and memos; communicate effectively with guests and coworkers.

Responsibilities

• Ensure guest receives superior service with a friendly environment and prompt greetings.
• Explain and suggestively sell menu offerings, products, and promotions to guests.
• Handle cash transactions with proper paperwork and process payments.
• Cook and store food at correct temperatures; rotate stock per company standards.
• Assist management in monitoring daily operations and lead staff in manager's absence.
• Open and close duties including cash management, inventory, stocking, and unit appearance.
• Follow company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
• Assist in training associates to maintain unit standards, sales, and customer service.
• Maintain clean and organized areas and perform side duties as opening/closing tasks.
• Follow safe food handling and hygiene practices.
