Qualifications

• High school diploma; restaurant management training preferred.
• 3 years in restaurant/food service with 2 years leadership.
• Alcohol awareness and ServSafe certification preferred or obtainable.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations and monitor unit performance.
• Supervise unit employees; assign duties and ensure cleanliness.
• Maintain quality control records; ensure compliance with policies.
• Ensure compliance with brand standards and regulatory agencies.
• Operate unit in airport environment with beverage sales.
• Foster effective communication and associate relations; conduct reviews.
• Assist with recruiting, promotions and training.
• Coordinate with maintenance for equipment upkeep.
• Follow safe food handling and hygiene standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
