Job summary

Concessions Intl Brand in Dulles, VA is seeking a full-time food service supervisor to help deliver superior guest service. You will assist with cash handling, food preparation, inventory, and opening/closing procedures while guiding associates in the absence of management.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Ensure guests receive superior service with a friendly environment.
• Communicate and suggestively sell menu offerings and promotions.
• Process cash payments and complete transactional paperwork.
• Cook and store food at required temperatures per standards.
• Assist with daily operations and lead staff in absence of managers.
• Open and close the unit, manage cash, inventory, and appearance.
• Adhere to company policies and safety guidelines.
• Assist training of associates to maintain standards and service quality.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper side works during shifts.
• Follow safe food handling and hygiene practices.
• Report equipment malfunctions to management.
