Job summary

Concessions Intl Brand seeks an on-site supervisor to support daily restaurant operations and guest service. You will oversee cash handling, inventory, and opening/closing duties, while leading team members in the absence of management.

The role requires 1–2 years of supervisory experience, a GED, and ServSafe certification. You will train staff, ensure food safety, and uphold company standards across shifts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1-2 years customer service and supervisory experience preferred.
• Must be able to obtain alcohol awareness and/or ServSafe Food Safety certification.
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions and communicate effectively.
• Basic math skills for cash handling and transactions.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior guest service with a friendly environment and greet guests.
• Communicate and upsell menu offerings, products, and promotions.
• Process cash handling duties and payment transactions.
• Cook and store food at proper temperatures; label and rotate products.
• Assist management by monitoring daily operations and leading staff in the absence of a manager.
• Open and close the unit, including cash management, inventory, stocking, and appearance.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures and safety guidelines.
• Help train associates to maintain unit standards and customer service.
• Ensure cleanliness and proper execution of opening/closing side work.
• Follow safe food handling and hygiene practices.
• Report equipment malfunctions and assist with maintenance as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
