Job summary

Concessions International is seeking a dedicated Restaurant Supervisor to support guest service excellence, assist with food preparation, and lead teams in the absence of management. You will handle opening/closing duties, cash management, and inventory, while ensuring adherence to safety and company standards.

The role requires strong customer service, supervisory experience, and the ability to train associates to maintain high unit standards.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED is required.
1-2 years of customer service and supervisory experience preferred.
Ability to obtain alcohol awareness and ServSafe Food Safety certification.

Responsibilities

Ensure guests receive superior service with a friendly environment and smiles.
Communicate and suggestively sell menu offerings and promotions.
Perform cash handling with paperwork and process payments.
Cook and store food at required temperatures; rotate products per standards.
Lead employees in the absence of a manager and assist with daily operations.
Open and close duties including cash management, inventory, stocking, and appearance.
Follow policies, procedures and safety guidelines at all times.
Support training of associates to maintain unit standards and service quality.
Ensure all areas are cleaned and side work is completed per checklists.
Follow safe food handling and hygiene practices.
Report equipment malfunctions to management immediately.
